The President cannot, therefore, be compelled to release the reports that are within his possession. We passed the Commissions of Inquiry Act in this House. I have gone through this law and I have not seen a single section which compels the President to release the reports once he has received them. I would like my colleagues to go through the Act, so that they can know that it is, indeed, true that there is no law which compels the President to release the report.
