    "content": "I beg to move – THAT Clause 7 of the Bill be amended – (a) in the marginal note by deleting the words “the Commission” appearing immediately after the words “powers of” and substituting therefor the words “a reporting entity”; (b) by deleting the words “The Commission” appearing at the beginning of the introductory clause and substituting therefor the words “A reporting entity”; and (c) by deleting paragraph (c); and (d) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph –"
