    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 30 of the Bill be amended by, (a) deleting the heading to Part IV, appearing immediately before clause; (b) by inserting Clause (1) and deleting the words ‘decisions, debate or vote’ appearing immediately after the words ‘from any discussion’ and substituting, therefore, the words ‘or decisions’ and; (c) by deleting subclause (2) and substituting thereof the following new subclause (2), where a public officer recuses himself under subsection (1) the recusal shall be recorded in the minutes of the transactions in question."
