    "content": "I agree with Dr. Kosgey that the issue of drought is related to that of climate change. It is important that the Government steps up to the opportunities that arise around the world. This is because climate change is not an issue for Kenya; it is a global issue. Within this climate change conversation, this is an opportunity for us to, once and for all, deal with the issue of drought as a disaster."
