It is true we have boreholes that have ended up being dry and that is why we are doing these exploratory boreholes to make sure that the aquifer under has enough water. At the moment, we are doing mapping in about 17 counties, so as to make sure that once we start that exercise, we will not be doing guesswork. We will be drilling knowing very well that we will get water."
