I will start by thanking the Cabinet Secretary for articulating the answers and congratulate him on the plans he has because it is said that if you do not plan, you plan to fail. The detailed plans he has for the two sectors are very impressive. I also want to say without doubt that we expect that the investment in women to be a success story. He is among the first governors to hand over his seat to his deputy, not just a deputy, but a woman deputy and we congratulate him for that."
