    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget regarding Nakuru County huge pending bills. In the Statement, the committee should- (1) Explain the circumstances which led to increase in pending bills from Kshs809 million as at 31st June, 2022, to Kshs1.615 billion as at 30th September, 2023, despite availability of funds in the County Revenue Fund (CRF) Account during the period in question."
