    "content": " Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence in the Speaker's Gallery this afternoon, of visiting students from the University of Nairobi School of Law, Parklands Campus. The students are in the Senate for a one- day academic exposition. Now, hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them, and on behalf of the Senate and on behalf of the Senate, wish them a fruitful visit. I will allow the Professor of Law, the Senator of Kisumu County, in under one minute, to extend a warm welcome. Thereafter, I will allow Sen. Mungatana also under one minute to extend a warm welcome."
