    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. This Bill will go down as one of the best Bills that we have had in this House and during our time. We should all celebrate because construction has been known as a male-dominated industry. With this Act in place, it will enable women, youth and PWDs to be involved in this business.
