    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to air my views on this important Bill. I thank Sen. Kibwana for coming up with the Bill and I support it. Our people produce whatever they can according to their areas. Some of them do not produce for commercial markets, but for consumption. There is a need for the nuts and oils to be industrialized. We can do so by getting experts with knowledge of nuts and oils to help the farmers to produce and attract international markets.
