    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in relation to the floods we have been witnessing across the country, what plans does the Ministry have to encourage young people because they are among the people who have been adversely affected? Look at areas like Murang’a and Naivasha, in as much as we want to encourage the young people to venture into agriculture, this has become a huge setback and most of them rely on support from parents who are now not able to assist. Maybe the Cabinet Secretary could shed some light whether the Ministry has funds to cushion such young people or encourage them after such a huge setback. Thank you."
