"content": "People are eating donkeys basically because of lack of other choice. That is the reason why I said that we must make food available and accessible to those people. This is what we are trying to do. In Germany during the war, people were eating not just donkeys; they also ate cats and rats. We do not want to get to that stage. What I am doing here is basically to arouse hon. Membersâ awareness of the situation we are in but I also do not want to create a state of panic and hopelessness. That is why I am also saying that this is the situation but this is what we are trying to do to get out of this situation."
