    "content": "Cabinet Secretary, is your Ministry aware that for the last six years the Lower Kuja Irrigation Development Project in Nyatike Sub County - and I know you stated that the Government is supporting this - and the National Irrigation Authority (NIA) took a lot of land for the development of that nucleus project? There was supposed to be compensation that was clearly articulated by the national Government through the authority to all the farmers in Nyatike. Up to date, they have not received this compensation. This has left them to exploitation. They have lost their land and cannot participate in rice production. I was asking whether you could help us intervene on this---"
