    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in conclusion, we have a climate caucus in this Senate led by Sen. M. Kajwang’. I urge Members to join that caucus for purposes of giving more and better direction on how to deal with effects of climate change brought by heavy rains. I am told and believe that in the next four months, that is from June to September, we are going to have heavy rains at the coast region. What are we doing in preparation to deal with that eventuality when it happens? I thank you."
