    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I will conclude by saying that we appreciate the work some of the Cabinet Secretaries are doing. However, we ask some of the other Cabinet Secretaries sitting in Nairobi to come out. For example, the Cabinet Secretary for Education should come out and visit and tell us what we shall do with the children who are in camps. He should come with canvas because the teachers are ready. I congratulate teachers who work in these hardship areas. They are ready and they are there. You cannot do anything under the circumstances the children are. We ask for the Cabinet Secretary to use his power and authority to make sure that the children in those areas that have camps are getting education under those tents so that the teachers who are ready to teach, can go and occupy those children. Otherwise, we shall lose a whole generation. I thank you."
