    "content": "The other day I was surprised to see the issue of aflatoxin in maize. We can dry maize well. However, you will hear people saying that we need ugali very fast. Therefore, people take maize to the market knowing well that it has not dried well. When samples are taken to Kenya Bureau of Standards (KeBS), they might see that aflatoxin levels are high, but still release it to the market."
