    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I can see that some of us still have ideas on the improvements they want to do on amendments and that is their right. As per our Constitution, they have a right to do amendments. However, I hope that the amendments which will be made at the Committee stage will not dilute this Bill and take us back again to some dictatorial regimes or to some powers deciding who will be our chairman and commissioners of the electoral commission."
