    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to second this Motion. I am a Member of the PAC and would like to mention that the findings and recommendations of this Report were agreed upon unanimously by all the Members of that Committee. During that period, we were working on two annual reports, namely; the Report for 2004/2005 and 2005/2006. This year, we are working on two reports as well. That is the report for the year 2006/2007 as well us the report for the year 2007/2008. By next year, we hope to be current with our audits and reports as we will be working on the report for the year 2008/2009."
