    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to touch on the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). If put to proper use, it can help Kenyans and their leaders. Kenyans have been able to decide on the projects that they want. At the same time, I want to urge the Government, to increase CDF allocations so that we can have at least have between 5 and 7 per cent of the national Budget allocated to the CDF, so that wananchi can benefit."
