    "content": "constituencies have been collapsed. So, even as we do the delimitation of boundaries, the constituencies that are protected should remain protected. If you are doing delimitation everywhere else, we should not touch the protected constituencies, which are the Kangema and Mathioya constituencies in Murangá County. These Constituencies should be protected alongside others, especially because the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) is allocated based on the number of constituencies. As Murang’a County, we would not want to hear of a situation where we lose NG-CDF from one constituency because two or more constituencies have collapsed. With that, I submit and support the Bill."
