"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am well guided. I was just saying that because we are talking about revenue. There are two levels of revenue: The shareable revenue and own source revenue. The shareable revenue may also affect the own resource revenue. County governments may want to invest in these systems, they need money. Anyway, we will leave that debate for another day. This is a wonderful Bill and I fully support it. I also encourage the Members of this House to support and fast-track it to become law with a few amendments that have been proposed by the Standing Committee on Finance and Budget and those that are going to be proposed by Members of this House. I support."
