    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the last point that I want to comment on in my response is the new era of proceedings of this House being heard in public. All Committees have now commenced hearings in public. It is very, very important that the Speaker of the National Assembly should make special arrangements for the Chairs of all Committees, accompanied by their Vice-Chairs and, at least, three other Committee Members from the various committees, to go and witness how public hearings are done in the USA, Great Britain and other eastern countries like India, Singapore and Indonesia. That will go a long way in giving those new Chairs a hands-on experience on how to conduct those matters in public."
