(a) What are the purposes for which the Ministry is currently buying land Ref.LR.NO.16559, CR 22939 – Grant No.LR.22939, survey plan 164333 from brokers and why is the Minister not buying the land from the indigenous occupants? (b) What is the reserve price and how much has so far been paid as the 10 per cent deposit? (c) Could the Minister also give the identity of the persons who are purchasing the land from the brokers and in turn reselling it to the Government?"
