    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have read out the answer clearly. I have said that we are already undertaking a project worth Kshs25 million to correct the situation. However, from what the hon. Member has said, the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation can close down the prison. Secondly, the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources can also take action. The answer will be forthcoming if this House questions why these Ministries have not taken action. However, I have given a categorical answer concerning my Ministry."
