The Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources should be held responsible for not taking action. The Ministry of Water and Irrigation should be the undertaker, because it should make sure that the systems that we put in place should provide Kenyans with clean water at the end of the day. Other Ministries are involved if there is further seepage."
