    "content": "Order, hon. Members! Hon. Members, you know the practice of this House is that we take information from the Government as presented by the Front Bench as truthful. If we want to challenge it, then we must counter it with facts that are to the contrary. That is what we have done. That the Minister makes a statement in this House or an assertion as a matter of fact; it is presumed that that is true and accurate. The Front Bench knows the consequences of presenting a matter as factual when it is not. The day we eat into that practice then we will have dealt a death blow to the Front Bench. We cannot afford to do that. We should not go that way. We have to get to the last question on this. It is 4.00 p.m.! Member for Lari, please, proceed!"
