    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise under Standing Order No.40, which allows the Prime Minister to make a Statement to this House without being prompted by any hon. Member. In view of the fact that the matter which I am raising is difficult for us to prompt the Prime Minister because the Standing Order does not provide, I am requesting the Chair to use Standing Order No.1 to direct that the Prime Minister brings before this House a Statement in respect of the Report by the Kenya National Human Rights Commission (KNHRC) on Post-Election Violence and the deadlock in the Cabinet over the handling of post-election violence."
