So, because the House has had no opportunity to prompt the Prime Minister on matters of great national importance, I am requesting the Chair, with your indulgence, to rule, using Standing Order No.1, that the Prime Minister is directed to come before this House and give us a report in respect of the Report by the KNHRC on Post-Election Violence and the deadlock in the Cabinet over the handling of the post-election violence."
