    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Committee was further gravely concerned by the increase in the number of accidents involving aircrafts under that Ministry. In fact, the House will remember that one of the aircrafts led to the loss of lives of five hon. Members of this Parliament. May the Lord rest their souls in eternal peace and, as a result, this Committee recommends that the accounting officer should initiate an audit by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, on all the aircrafts used by the Department of Defence, with a view to ascertaining their performance and safety status."
