"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your permission, Parliament should not have to function at the whims of the Executive. Yesterday, the House, and you, did indulge the Minister to today. Right now, not even the Assistant Minister is in the House to give indication as to what has happened. I am prepared to go with your direction, so long as it is ordered that the date you give next will be the final date, and if the Minister does not avail himself, he will be named as per the normal procedure. The Standing Orders should take effect. I do not know whether they are dodging answering the Question."
