    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I heard the Minister talk about contracts. We all know that contracts are not sacred when they are fraudulent. We know this Government cancelled the Anglo Leasing Contract. This is a mini Anglo Leasing that is fleecing a county council. Could he, on the basis of fraud, cancel the contract and help the council to fight the consequences or will he sit and abet fraud?"
