"content": "Let us have an independent body which is run by professionals who are in the medicine field. A doctor takes the Hippocratic Oath and worries about saving lives. It does not matter what part of the world he comes from. He can come from the most capitalist country, but he will take care of that body. Let us change this and not choose between two evils. We have a serious problem in the provision of health services at the county level today. The only way we can do it is to get away from the centre and create a national health commission that will take care of us."
