    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, a while ago, there were mothers who had delivered and had also been detained at the KNH. Some of them had been there for over three months. A small child, eight years old, from my constituency who underwent a heart surgery was detained at the hospital for three months. Is it the policy of KNH that if you cannot afford to pay the medical bills, then you should not take your patients there?"
