    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. If you look at the initial answer the Minister gave, you will find that he denied that anybody was detained for non- payment of hospital bills. He also denied that bodies had been detained. Is it in order for him to come here and justify that he has actually detained patients because of unpaid bills? Could he own up and tell this House that he is holding bodies and also detaining patients? We want to know under what powers he has done that."
