I do not know whether you have heard the Minister request Members of Parliament to write letters to the management of the hospital to get waivers. As I speak here today, that is not acceptable in the hospital. Again, we are talking about the Government policy. We do not want people to be looking for Members of Parliament to facilitate them get waivers. We are only asking a simple question: Does the hospital intend to use those bodies as security to charge them in a bank?"
