    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Whereas I agree with your ruling, I had requested for a Ministerial Statement on the rising cases of sexual violence against children in this country and I was promised by the Minister that he will issue it today. He has even said that it is available. Since last week, we have seen several other cases of sexual abuse where the police are totally not taking action. My fear is that if we wait until the next time Parliament sits, we may not have any children in this country."
