    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the request by the hon. Member was contained in the Statement that I was reading but I can summarize it. One, we shall not only take action to make sure that the fees are waived and that the patient is properly treated but we shall also proceed to take disciplinary action on the medical personnel who committed that travesty. It is a very serious matter. It is an issue of negligence and I have talked to the Director of Medical Services and we have taken it very seriously. I undertake to the hon. Member that I will do the needful in that regard."
