They are beneficiaries and that is why they are hiding under the cover of Mungiki. They claim that they are eliminating Mungiki while they are the real beneficiaries of the money that comes from there. The young boys who operate there are paid daily allowances. They are actually employed to do that. The real beneficiaries of this money are people who are in the security network in Embakasi."
