    "content": "considered position of the Chair that Standing Order No.34 paragraph 2 Rule 6(3) of the First Schedule of our Standing Orders, in so far as they relate to broadcasting media rather than print media, have no application to the present matter. The report complained of was not broadcast. It is, therefore, not governed by the broadcasting regulations in the Standing Orders. The relevant Standing Order is No.215 which has provisions on Press representatives infringing on Standing Orders or the Speakers’ Rules."
