    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I agree with the proposed amendments, but not because of the reasons given. I agree with the proposed amendments because it is the Chief Justice who keeps the register or what we call the Roll of Advocates. It is also the Chief Justice who will keep the Roll of the Senior Counsel. So, in that capacity, it is the Chief Justice who should publish the names in the Kenya Gazette . So, it is only for that reason that I am accepting these amendments, not because of the reasons that have been advanced by my learned friend."
