    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we are dealing with mediation. The amendment deals with mediation. What we agreed on was that the references to mediation should be withdrawn. Essentially, it was to be covered under Section 81 in the Bill. It was proposed that it should be Section 59 as proposed by the Attorney-General. Following discussions, we did agree to withdraw any reference to mediation which essentially was covered under the Civil Procedure Act, whether as amendment under Section 81 or under Section 49. So, we are dealing with mediation here."
