    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I just want to explain that the issue of technology and all other issues have already been endorsed, when we endorsed the Appellate Jurisdiction Act. We also endorsed that appropriate technology must be used in the proceedings. So, it is not covered in this. What is covered is the chapter on the setting up of a mediation and accreditation committee and the procedures thereunder. That is what we agreed. It was agreed in this House because this is a very important procedure and all hon. Members who contributed agreed on that issue. We agreed that we must work together to ensure that we have an appropriate legislation before the end of the year."
