    "content": "The other issue was that time was not right for these amendments. I have had extensive discussion with the Attorney-General since and I am personally persuaded that the amendments are, indeed, necessary. The Committee, unfortunately, did not have a sitting after my discussion with Attorney-General. Therefore, I will still propose, as Chair of the Committee, that the amendments be deleted."
