As the Leader of the House Business Committee, how does he intend to resolve this matter, taking into account the implications of the new Constitution on the Standing Orders; how it affects the Standing Orders and when he intends, together with the management of Parliament, to revise the Standing Orders to conform to the new Constitution as well as the Political Parties Act? Further, I want him to clarify why he has not told the House that the ODM as a political party withdrew its Members according to the Standing Order No.176, from the said Committee. Which resolutions would he propose so that we can seek and address this issue once and for all?"
