    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a glaring gap in the Leader of Government Business’s statement. He has indicated in his statement that pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.175, the HBC on 17th May 2011, recommended to the Liaison Committee to direct a meeting of this Committee for purposes of electing a chair, but that election did not take place. The Leader of Government Business has not said what happened, why the election did not take place and why this same Committee, eight months after the resignation of three members, cannot be given the opportunity to reconvene and elect their chair. We have not been told why that has not happened."
