    "content": "I also support the issue of incentives to private entities. At the same time, we should make it mandatory for every Government entity to absorb as many interns as possible - if not 100 per cent - at any particular time. Finally, I support the timelines. The internship period should not be too short so that the interns absorb the necessary skills and experience required. It should also not be too long, especially since we have career interns. One year for every intern is good enough, and then they are let to go to utilise their skills in their specific fields and create vacancies to absorb other interns."
