    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this Bill. From the onset, I want to thank and appreciate the Mover for coming up with this legal framework. It will fill a lacuna that has existed in law for a long time. Our country is known for producing the best human resource in the region. The gap that has existed for a long time, is how the young people who graduate from colleges and universities, can put into practice the knowledge they acquire from those institutions. So, this law will bridge that gap. In most full-time employment advertisements, there is a prerequisite for experience. When the graduates go through internship, this will provide them with experience for transition to full-time employment. University graduates have better knowledge than those who have been in employment for long. So, the internship will enable them to support the existing workforce.
