    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I wish to support this Bill because, for many years, I have worked on the issue of equality. Equality is ensuring that everyone is at par, while equity is about bringing those left behind to the same level as the ones ahead of them. The Equalization Fund seeks to realise equity. I am proud that I and others played a big role in the provision of this Fund in the Constitution."
