If you listened keenly to both Members of Parliament, they have just confirmed what I had said earlier that, the whole problem has been the issue of land ownership and it has a very long history. Issues as complex as this go beyond the mandate of the Departmental Committee on Administration and Internal Affairs. It is a cross-cutting issue. It touches on issues of land that are dealt with by the Ministry of Land. Actually, many times, it also calls for a political solution. All of us, as leaders, may occasionally be called upon to help address such problems. So, let the leadership between Hon.
