    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to second this Motion. As the Chairman has explained, it is in very clear terms. We have a lot that this House is going to process and most importantly, we must meet the timelines considering that we are coming to the end of this Financial Year. This House is youthful. We can go through the Finance Bill and understand where those monies are coming from."
